Akios / Abu Stainless Steel Gear Set

Genuine AKIOS 5.3:1 ratio marine grade stainless steel main and pinion gear set to fit Akios S-Line and Dynamo multiplier reels in 555 & 656 and sizes (CTM, CSM, CS, CT) as well as Abu Ambassadeur 5500 and 6500 sized reels including the Abu Mag Elite.

These gears are far stronger than standard brass gears, offering a significantly longer working life and extra winching power.

Highly recommended when targeting larger species such as conger, rays and tope or when fishing over rougher ground.

Available Gear Sets:

• Akios S-Line/Abu 5.3:1 to fit Akios S-Line and Dynamo multiplier reels in 555 & 656 sizes (CTM, CSM, CS, CT) as well as Abu Ambassadeur 5500 and 6500 sized reels including the Abu Mag Elite.
• Akios Shuttle/Tourno 5.3:1 to fit Akios Shuttle and Tourno multiplier reels in 555, 656 & 666 sizes
